The Construction Crew is hard at work building all the scenic elements and props for the Prom!

There are opportunities to help PAINT the structures & props that have been created!!! If you don’t want to build, come PAINT the things that have already been built!

No construction skills necessary - the crew will be there to guide you!

• If you purchased tickets online you can pick them up at school today during lunch period.

• You can purchase tickets with cash, check or credit card (note: credit card payments will be assessed a surcharge)

• After ticket is purchased, you may select a seating assignment.

• Permission Slips will available at the table when you purchase or pick up tickets; hard copies have also been emailed to parents/guardians)

• You (and your guest) must sign and date the permission form. If there is no permission slip on file for you (or your guest) you will not be able to attend the Prom.

If you have a couple hours this weekend, come down to the range this Saturday and have a blast while painting!!

Reminder to all Parents/Guardians of Graduating Seniors:

• Mr. Ruggero has asked all parents/guardians to complete your student’s biographical statement which will be read as your son/daughter receives his/her diploma on Wednesday, June 26th.

• One of the special traditions at the graduation ceremony is the recognition of your student’s accomplishments.

• Please list only the 3 most important events, awards, or memberships so that a few sentences about your child may be read as they cross the stage to receive their diploma.

PLEASE SUBMIT THE FORM BY FRIDAY, MAY 17th.
